HI, I’M BARBARA,

After my own journey with mental health and firsthand experience with poor access to appropriate treatment, I decided to leave my career in the legal field and use my passion for mental health and empathy in order to help others gain appropriate, effective, and tailored treatment to inspire hope and help cultivate meaningful change in those struggling with mental health challenges, especially anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I have experience working with adolescents experiencing mental health and substance abuse challenges.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fur baby, reading, going to the beach, and being an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
