Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation with Medical Services: $250.00

Individual Psychotherapy (30 minutes) : $120.00
Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes) : $150.00
Individual Psychotherapy (60 minutes) : $180.00
Outpatient E&M Office Visit for New Patient: $250.00
Outpatient Office E&M Visit (20-29 minutes): $175.00
Outpatient Office E&M Visit (30-39 minutes): $200.00
Outpatient Office E&M Visit (40-54 minutes): $225.00
Psychotherapy with E&M Services (30 minutes): $150.00
Psychotherapy with E&M Services (45 minutes): $200.00
Psychotherapy with E&M Services (60 minutes): $225.00
Family Psychotherapy: $160.00
Written Reports and/or Letters: $125.00/hour
Professional Consultation (Responding to Subpoenas, Doctor, Lawyer, etc.): $150.00/hour
Court Appearances: $1,200+/day ($150/hour professional fee with an 8-hour minimum)
Document Copy Services: $15.00 + $0.15 per copied sheet of paper
Returned Check Fee: $25.00
