HI, I’M DANIEL.
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m so happy you’re here.
I believe that we are wired for connection, yet we often receive the message that we should be able to face our struggles alone. If that’s you, I want you to know that you are not alone, and I commend you for taking this brave step.
Perhaps you might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burdened by shame, holding the weight of past traumas, or feeling so disconnected from yourself that you’re just going through the motions. Wherever you are, my work is about creating a safe space where you can feel seen and heard. We’ll use our time to not just understand your story, but to set clear goals and actively move toward them.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and I am EMDR trained, but my approach is also genuinely human. I bring my full self to the room, and I see healing as a process of coming home to yourself through self-understanding and self-compassion.
As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am also committed to ensuring that every part of your identity is welcomed, understood, and celebrated.
When you're ready, I'd be honored to sit with you.
