HI, I’M DANIEL.
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m so happy you’re here.
I believe we are all wired for connection, yet, we often receive the message that we should be able to face our struggles alone. If that’s you, I want you to know that you are not alone, and I commend you for taking the brave step towards letting others in.
Perhaps you might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burdened by shame, holding the weight of past traumas, or feeling so disconnected from yourself that you’re simply going through the motions. Wherever you are, I want to create a safe space where you can begin to peel back the layers and make sense of your inner world. Together, we'll set clear goals so you're actively moving toward the life that feels right to you.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and I am trained in EMDR, but my approach is also genuinely human. I bring my curiosity and compassionate self to the room, and I see healing as a process of restoring a relationship with yourself with more understanding and less judgment.
As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am committed to ensuring that every part of your identity is not only welcomed but celebrated. Drawing on my own diverse cultural and racial background, I practice with deep cultural understanding and humility, and I offer conversational Spanish into that work as well.
When you're ready, I'd be honored to sit with you.
