HELLO I’M JACLYN,

I am passionate about working with adults who are struggling with low self-esteem, poor body-image, experiencing depression and anxiety, relationship issues, and people who want to better learn to communicate their feelings, wants and needs.

My theoretical approach is Psychodynamic and I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my practice. This means we will work together to identify patterns, improve insight and help you learn new ways to navigate and cope with your emotions.I tailor interventions to meet my clients where they are and believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience. I aim to be curious, warm and empathetic in my approach.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and have personal experience with Military families. I resonate with being an “elder millennial" and love exploring generational patterns. I also understand therapy can feel like a really vulnerable experience so I hope to create a space where you feel comfortable and seen. I look forward to meeting with you!
