HELLO I’M JOSEPH,
Life can feel overwhelming when stress, expectations, or difficult emotions start to pile up. You might feel stuck, unsure of how things became so hard, or wondering why certain patterns keep repeating. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and stress related to life transitions and relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together to better understand what you’re going through.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed strategies to help clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and improve communication. I tailor therapy to your individual needs and pace, working from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive perspective.
Therapy is not about being “fixed.” It’s about gaining clarity, building resilience, and learning tools that help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
