HI, I’M KATY,

My goal in therapy is to offer you a space that feels like somewhere you can explore what’s going on and start making meaningful change. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ and are looking for a therapist who affirms their whole identity without judgment or assumptions. I’m especially passionate about helping people untangle old patterns, connect with their values, and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned. As a therapist (and a person), I’m warm, curious, and real. I believe in showing up fully and creating a space that feels collaborative—not clinical. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and I’ll gently challenge you when you’re ready. My work is grounded in humanistic and relational approaches, and I integrate tools from CBT, DBT, and values-based work to support your unique goals. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to start, I’d be honored to help you navigate through.
