HI, I’M PENNY,

I work with adults and children who are struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulties managing emotions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of overthinking or people-pleasing, or wanting to build healthier relationships and stronger boundaries. I enjoy helping clients increase self-awareness, strengthen self-confidence, and create meaningful changes that align with their values.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard and understood while also providing practical tools for growth. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches to provide both insight and practical tools. Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable for you.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy teaching and practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and incorporating mindfulness into everyday life. As an immigrant who has navigated significant life transitions, I am passionate about helping others find resilience, balance, and self-compassion.
