HELLO I’M TERRI,
I am committed to offering a supportive and caring environment where you can work through challenges to foster personal growth and healing. I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults and families navigate difficult times in life. It is my goal to be able to help all clients along their paths to well-being.
I use a blend of different approaches to therapy including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Humanistic Approach, Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Utilizing a strength-based approach, I recognize every individual is born with their own unique positive inner potential. It is my goal to help individuals recognize their innate strengths and develop healthy resilience, believing that hardships can be an opportunity for personal growth and transformation.
It is a privilege to be able to provide a safe, honest, non-judgmental space for clients to share and find hope. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and collaboration. It would be an honor to sit with you and hear your story.
